The sensory toy warehouse trading from www.sensorytoywarehouse.com come across as a proffesional outfit yet when my order arrived and it arrived damaged and battered to shreds i gave them a call hoping my sensory toys would be replaced.instead Liz from the sensory toy warehouse insisted i should not have signed for the goods if they were damaged. How was i to know they were damaged? Liz refused to help and said i must take it up with the courier and that there was nothing she could do. I alerted her to the sales of goods act and she actually "laughed at me" and said i should become a solictor. Needless to say i have now informed trading standards and am in the process of performing a chargeback to my credit card to recover the money the sensory toy warehouse have stolen from me. Please be warned that the sensory toy warehouse may come across as a good site but if something goes wrong they will not help. Shop around!
