Delayed delivery, broken vase, no refund and rude service

Worst service ever! Do not buy from them. The delivery was delayed, and they refused to cancel the order or give a refund. They said if you do not want the flowers, ask the recipient to reject them. (The flowers were a condolence.) When the item was delivered the vase was broken. They refused to resend the flowers or refund. They asked the recipient to return the broken vase and said they would send another vase.

The people who answer the calls on the 1800 number are all very rude. One of them even hung up on me because they refused to listen to my complaint. They never return calls, and until now (5 months) nothing has been done. No calls, no refund on the broken vase. This is a rip-off company and I should have read other reviews before buying from them. Do not buy from them unless you and the recipient of the flowers want to be traumatized.
