Bloomex is incompetent

I ordered three Christmas centerpieces - FOR CHRISTMAS.
One as delivered ok, one was delivered a day late and scruffy and not what I ordered. The third one was substituted with a gift basket full of junk. When I complained they said it was too cold to deliver! But then said they would - well it is now 8 days after Christmas and only today do they send me a email that says they can not get greens to make a centerpiece so will send fresh flowers when the weather warms up. ARE YOU KIDING??? I wanted a Christmas center piece for Christmas, not now. AND what kind of florist does not have greens!!! They certainly knew how to charge my credit card ok. I will never use them again - incompetent. Should have stuck with FTD.
