Bloomex: major complaint - Christmas flowers from Bloomex

I ordered some of the 50% flowers to be delivered to my grandparents house for Christmas. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the product that was delivered. It looked nothing like the Christmas bouquet I ordered - two terribly sad looking droopy flowers. Simply stunning.

I took photos today, and am expecting an email ASAP to rectify this. Have used Bloomex in the past but will not in the future if this is how the orders come in.
