Non Delivery Of Flowers - Plants in a basket

Flowers Ordered from BloomEx were never Delivered. It was my sister's in law milestone birthday and I had ordered plants in a basket from BloomEx, to be delivered on her bithday Dec. 24.
Order #508623 is the order number. They may have subcontracted it out to another florist. However the receipt that I have with the order number is from BloomEx. Customer sevice people should never hang up on customers even if they can't help.
