Not the flowers that we ordered - Bloomex flowers

We ordered and paid over $66 each for 2 beautiful Christmas centerpieces as a gift to 2 relative families and Bloomex delivered 2 horrible (not even like we ordered) centerpieces with daisies instead of roses! We also paid extra on each order for a Christmas card to be included and there were no Christmas cards! Bloomex delivered these cheap and inferior centerpieces 2 days late and just left them on the doorsteps without calling first which was the arrangement. We are so embarrassed and insulted by how Bloomex treated our relatives and us! We will never trust Bloomex again! Now after talking to them about this, they want us to prove it and send them pictures of our relatives cheap centerpieces. More trouble for us, more embarrassment for us and involving our relatives too! How many times can you be insulted? Never again!!
