Not Even Close To What I Ordered - Christmas Flowers

I ordered via the internet a Christmas flower arrangement for my mother. I asked and paid for a Christmas eve delivery. Much to my surprise the delivery was not made until December 31 and no one from Bloomex bothered to call to notify me that this was happening. On top of this the flowers which I expected did not arrive - instead a basket of coffee's, nuts arrived. This has to be once of the worst mess ups I have seen for a flower delivery company. This was my first and last time using Bloomex.
