Claim against us was Collected before requested evidence was provided. We are dealing with arrogant people who will not cooperate

We need someone to contact us regarding issues we are having. We cannot deal with the Wisconsin branch any further & opted to contact corporate, but were told they cannot do anything and to deal with Wisconsin. The rep. Managers, however, don't seem to care to resolve. They've shut down, crossed their arms and are down right arrogant. Now because we have tried to fight for our right to be heard, our T# account has been placed on hold. A phone call to resolve the T# issue wasn't successful. No one has called us back either. We are still waiting for a response from the Branch mgr who could potentially resolve.
We "had" a claim pending, waiting on pictures or anything for us to review for a span of 4 1/2 months. As of 2 weeks ago we received a phone call saying we "need to pay" & "it's only $ (so much)", we requested proof again, and the next day the amount of the claim was deducted, yet we had NOT received the requested pictures nor proof. We were left with no choice than to gather the information ourselves, contacting shippers and receiver. Wednesday the 18th was the last communication sent via email to the Wisconsin branch, but have had no response.in this email, we provide proof as to the applicability of the exception to liability and stand by our denial of the claim. As anyone would expect, we would like a response, preferably from someone who is able to resolve this matter with a coherent mind. We also need to obtain something in writing regarding the reason for placing our T# on hold.
