Still Waiting

I bought a washer/dryer on Aug 13th and was told delivery would be Sat Sept 3rd. Friday Sept 2nd I was called and told the delivery would be between 2:30-4:30 the next day. I would be called 30 minutes before delivery. 5:00 Sept 3rd I called the number on my reciept for delivery information to find out where the delivery crew was. I was told I was #2 of 2 deliveries and that they were just running late but I would still get delivery that day. 5:30 I called and was told they were still coming, but just running late. 6:00 I called and was told the same thing. 6:30 I called and was transfered to K-mart and told they do not deliver (twice this happened). 7:00 I called and was told they would get hold of the delivery crew and someone would call me. 7:00 I called and still reasured they were coming. 7:30 I called and was told I was scheduled to be delivered at 8:00pm that night? 8:00pm nothing.

This whole time I never once could get anybody at the local mall store to answer the phone, even though I called repeatedly and tried different numbers even asking to talk to a store manager. Each time I was transferred to a national call center. Sunday I called multiple times and could find out nothing. Never able to talk to anybody at the store where I purchased the washer/dryer. Finally on Monday (Labor Day) I was able after multiple calls to get somebody at the Sears mall store to answer the phone. After listening to my story she reassured me that a manager would call me right back. 30 minutes later she called me back (guess I didn't warrant a store managers attention), and told me they could find out nothing untill Tuesday Sept 6th. I am still waiting
