Lazy and Rude Driver!

The UPS driver to delivers to my neighborhood is rude lazy and does not do his job. When he realized that someone is my family is usually home, he started leaving multiple packages for other people with us. It got to be too much. After we had 4 large boxes in our front hall for over 2 weeks, I told him that we would not be taking any more packages for anyone else. Now the driver goes out of his to NOT deliver my packages. Today as I was leaving my house, he handed me a missed delivery paper and said to me "I just left your box with the people down the block." I was home all morning. He did not ring the bell or even bother trying to deliver my things to me. I left them with someone else and then told me about it! I expect UPS to at least make a single effort to deliver packages to their customers but this driver doesn't even try.
