Jb hunt bad bad bad customer service and delivery - jb hunt / whirlpool

JB HUNT called with a block of time for delivery. The time came and went with no driver, no phone call, or no emails. I called the facility. Spoke with the manager. He said he would call someone to find out what is going on. Here it is 4 hours later, no call back! Who knows when my oven will show!!! Buyer beware!!! I would never use this company again. From the looks of it, there are several hundred other people that have experienced this same type service.
