Horrible customer service, was late to pick up my item

I was willing to shell out $150 to store exactly one item, solely for the promise of the convenience, even though I could have paid a third of that and stored everything in my room in an off-campus storage facility. Never mind the price, how about the fact that I sat in my room for the entirety of the six hour pickup window before contacting THEM (because nobody had contacted me) and was nastily informed that they had yet to arrive at my room and had five more dorms to stop by. The customer service representative offered no discounts or apologies and essentially just told me to suck it up and wait some more. She said that they should stop by within the HOUR after the window and if not, well tough luck, they'd inform me of the NEW ETA. Worst service ever, would recommend literally going ANYWHERE but here. Save your money, time and energy.
