Horrible Customer Service - Ridiculous Delivery Time Greensboro North Carolina

I ordered a dining room table and chairs from Rooms to Go on April 28. Delivery date was scheduled for May 12.

I was informed the evening of the 11th of May, via voicemail (their customer service was closed at this time), that while my table would be delivered on the 12th, my chairs would not be delivered until JULY 26TH!

Numerous calls to the customer service department provided no support and no satisfaction — in fact the representatives were quite nasty. No viable alternatives were provided, in fact the only solution that the company offered was essentially, shut up and wait for your chairs. They would not provide loaners, they did not offer to reduce the cost of my purchase price, they offered NOTHING.

I shopped for a dining room set for 6 months, before I fell in love with this one. While I don't want to let it go, I see no choice but to get a refund.

I stongly advise everyone not to purchase from this company. They are uncooperative and have the shoddiest customer service I have ever encountered. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with their lack of anything towards their customers.
