I ordered online for a store pickup for convenience. BIG mistake. The woman scanned my barcode and said to "wait". Two other customers were also "waiting" for our orders to be brought up front where we were told to stay. After about a hour and repeated inquirys re. Our orders a customer on his way out said to go to the rear of the store where Large items can be picked up someone there may be able to help. I was not getting a lage item either was the other customer but we gave it a shot. Finally they were able to find my preorders. Nope. I was not right still. Ten minutes more and thhe convenience of ordering online took 1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTES. No apology, never again.
