Horrible service, incompetent people answering phones, no calls to warn of failure to show up on time with a 4 HOUR WINDOW, total disregard for the customer, hung up on, told to wait another 2 hours after the 4 hour window or reschedule for another 4 hour window! Please don't buy from SEARS!!!
