I have phoned and written several complaints re: a ripped couch. Complaining since December - and I am not satisfied with the response - $500 and keep the ripped couch or exchange the couch only. I don't see any reason why they would not provide me with a store credit instead of a replacement. I asked this to be escalated so today, the customer service called me and advised I only have the two options and then i received an email - with this one liner...
