The Brick missing parts and broken furniture - work order# 35329,33096 Cindy Crawford Nero

The Brick is Crap!!! Purchased Couch, recling loveseat and chair AS-IS with the 5 year warranty. Recling loveseat scrsatched my floor because they delivered and installed missing a middle support leg. Tech took pictures and ordered the leg (90 days). Then the couch broke because a piece of cheap wood with a Knot in was used. Tech came and took pictures and determined the couch was also missing a middle leg (90days) He said he could fix in 2 days but couldn't until he was authorized. Know the other side of the couch has collapsed because the first side wasn't fixed. Repeated calls and visits to the store with Store managers not returning calls and breaking promises. It is almost 2 months now and I have no resolutions and continually get the run around. Absolutely brutal the customer service.
