Brick Couch Warranty - Microfiber couch

I had spent over $5400 on new furniture in one day including warranties.included in that was a two piece microfiber L shaped couch. I had noticed a tear in one corner within a few months of getting the couch. So I called the Brick about the warranty because the salesperson said it would be covered. They send a guy out who takes pictures doesnt say a word. I waited two weeks to hear back and nothing. Finally I called and was told the tear was from normal wear and tear. I called my own independant guy and had him come to check it out and repair it. After he checked it out he verified that it was not normal wear and tear but a manafaturer deceft. I will never deal with the Brick again. Funny thing is the company they use for warranty's Trans Union Global has a super low rating with the BBB, so no wonder the Brick is horrible.
