Crazy driver on hwy

My daughter and I were traveling North bound traveling to Maryland. We were driving into a winter storm where the roads were hazourous for driving conditions. We witnessed several large 18 wheelers wrecked into ditches on the hwy. We were around MM 46 when an UPS frieght truck came speeding up behind us riding on the butt of my vechile jumping in and out of the lanes without signals. I became worried about this driver once he cut me off (where I laid on my horn) to get back into the left lane to avoid a longer line in the right lane that had come to a slow hault due to another accident. I watched your driver ride up on the rear of several other cars forcing them to change lanes quickly to avoid being in his way. I feel with the issues of many 18 wheelers causing wreck and deaths in America that the drivers driving in bad weather should have the respect of everyone on the road and SLOW DOWN!!! I know they get paid on mileage but is the money worth it to your company if he kills a family traveling? I do a lot of traveling and the majority of your vechiles seem to be operated by safe and respectful drivers but this one had no concerns for the other vechiles on the road. His plate number was P85525 and it was around 5:14 pm on Wed the 26th
