I observed your driver on Route 28 in Montgomery County Md traveling West bound at 4:30 PM driving very eratically, was on the cell phone, holding it to her ear, oblivious to all traffic, changing lanes without signalling and giving the "finger" to drivers who beeped their horn at her.
