I bought a used car here Buy here pay here to build my credit so i thought I got this car paid way more then it was worth 92 toyota $2500.00 body was nice so i thought buy it 2 wekks later the brakes lines are gone rotted out needed brakes rotors calpers fix that CB axel goes ok fix that body starts to rot away all in 6 months then the tranny went 6 months after owning it i call Jim the owner of the company and sales man he says i can get you a tranny for $400.00 out of a junk yard i called around $200.00 was the highest amount so i said no i had a friend do it car was junk ok Paid it off in full get the title everything all the paperwork three months later its parked out side my house cause my Battary dies i go with a friend to get a battery i come back my car is gone call the police they dont know where it is driving arounf looking for it so i get a phone call from Jim @ Merrows ya you owe me $100.00 i have your car i said what i paid it in full have the paperwork on it he says well you didnt i called the police ther go there with me i have all the paperwork saying its paid he tells the cop its a repo the cop says no its paid in full you gave her paperwork saying she paid it now three months later you want to repo so he tells me that they car went to the scrap yard so me and the cop call they crushed it what i lost it How do you repo and distroy someone bought and paid for stuff took him to court won but he still hasnt paid me back Won $7500.00 plus he owes all wages lost of loosing my job cause i had to go to court Don go there hes a rip off his cars look great but are junk he buys them at the auction for dirt cheap and sells them for more then there worth
