I received first notice dated 7 Dec 03. I contacted NCO (22 Dec 03 @ 1:52 pm) & spoke to "Esther" & paid $36.00 per personal check # 2638.

Jan 04 - received call from NCO to pay off $75. When I tried to explain, they were unware of my first payment. I asked NCO to updated their records.

Feb 04 - NCO wants full $75 payment immediately! I explained, I am a diabetic & have been quite ill. I also added my brand name medicines price had increased from $20 to $50!!

On March 02 I received a second notice reflecting balance of $73.93. The notice stated they (NCO) would accept $48.05 as lump sum of the balance ($73.93.) I called it to their attention of my previous payment (they were unware) & I paid the balance
electroncially.

I thought that was it, but I just received a third notice dated 7 May 04 with a balance reflecting of $74.65!! In this statment the balance reads $74.65 & NCO states, again that they will accept $48.52 as lump sun of the above amount ($74.65!) What's the matter with these people??
