Circuit City
Ripoff agreed to debt consolidation of $57.00 per month, turned over to collection agency

Business & Finance

March 17

This letter is to notify you (Central Credit Services, Inc.) that I have received your notice of March 4 and I dispute the validity of this debt and all portions thereof.in your letter to me dated March 4
it states to contact you within 30 days. I did so on March 17, and spoke to Mike Stevens, but he is the Manager and part owner of Central Credit Services, Inc. And he refused to accept any payments on this Circuit City account #*51.

Dina set this account up with DMCC (a debt consolidation program). The first payment she sent was received by DMCC and $57.00 sent to First North American National Bank (Circuit City's Bank) on October 27. The next payment Dina sent for $57.00 was received by DMCC on November 27 and they kept that payment as their fee (which messed up the 3 consecutive months payment rule) Dina also sent a payment of $57.00 that was received by DMCC on December 27. Dina also sent a payment in January to DMCC for $57.00 and also in February to DMCC for $57.00. Dina also sent a payment that was received by DMCC for the March 27 payment and that $57.00 was sent to the Circuit City account #*51. (6) payments total and (1) mailed on 3/14/04 for the
3/27/04 due date in the amount of $57.00 so now (7) payments all together.

Dina was told by DMCC that the $57.00 proposal they mailed to Circuit City was accepted by Circuit City on November 5 and that all payments were being paid to
Circuit City and that the debt consolidation program was accepted by Circuit City for Dina to make payments on the Circuit City account.

The letter from Central Credit Services, Inc. States to contact you in writing within 30 days after receiving the March 4 notice, which Dina did call 1-800-387-7202 and spoke with Mike Stevens on March 17 and offered to him for her to pay the balance due of $2,912.84 which Mr. Mike Stevens refused to accept her payment and this conversation is recorded on tape as proof of how she was treated.

Mr. Stevens would not accept any partial payments from Dina or from Don (Dina's Father) who co-signed on account. Mr. Stevens was very rude and would not listen to the explanations from Dina regarding the payments being made through DMCC on this account and he refused
to nicely discuss situation and threatened to sue Don (Dina's Father) Mr. Steven also said he would not accept payment from Dina and he said Don had to pay the balance in full himself and that Dina could not make payments, even though he acknowledged a $57.00 payment in February from Dina, he would not accept any partial payments
from Don or Dina and was yelling and threatening and very
inconsiderate of Dina's medical illnesses to the point she was crying and very upset and was not given any chance to explain situation to Mr. Mike Stevens on how Dina had paid payments and was continuing to make payments to Circuit City with the DMCC consolidation company.

DMCC has proof of their communication and billing agreements with Circuit City and Dina will receive it shortly in the mail from DMCC. This is not Dina's fault. Circuit City advised Dina on the phone on March 17 that "Yes, in November a proposal was sent to Circuit City and they (Circuit City) accepted the proposal for $57.00 as payment on the account from Dina
to DMCC and then paid it to Circuit City. "Dina was also told that everything was accepted and set for scheduled payments for me to pay Circuit City $57.00 monthly payments.

Dina disputes the validity of this debt to a collection agency and therefore this account shouldn't have gone to collections since it was established and agreed upon and set up by DMCC as a Debt Conciliation Program payment.

The balance on March 4 on the Circuit City account was $2,582.47 and the Central Credit Services, Inc. Stated they showed a payment of $57.00 recently
and also Circuit City said there was $387.37 in fees to the collection agency for them handling this account.

This letter is to notify Central Credit Services Inc and Mike Stevens and all those who are concerned that Dina and Don dispute this account and it's validity in ever being handed over to a collection agency when it was already set up on a DMCC Debt consolidation program and should never have gone to a collection agency when payments were agreed upon and being made by Dina on a monthly basis since October 27 and were approved by Circuit City.

Dina will continue to make payments to DMCC for the $57.00 in monthly payments that Circuit City agreed upon receiving November 5 November 5 per Conversation with Circuit City, they advised Dina that they agreed to the proposal and accepted it on November 5 for the amount of $57.00 to be paid from Dina to DMCC every month thereafter.

Account was set up on the DMCC proposal with Circuit City on November 5 and balance on that date was $2,534.00. Circuit City did a charge off on March 4 in the amount of $2,582.47. $387.37 in fees was added for Central Credit Services profit.

This letter is within the 30 day notice in writing that Central Credit Services has asked for.

Mike Stevens said that if Dina or Don called he will
not accept the phone calls from them. (Have conversation recorded) Dina offered to make payment to Mr. Mike Stevens and he refused and said he would not accept payment from Dina and he said that Don had to pay the amount due in full not Dina.

All of this should have never happened. Dina set up the
Debt consolidation to avoid any of this happening with collections.

This is an error and Don and Dina dispute the validity of this debt due to it was already accepted and agreed by
Circuit City to have Dina make payments of $57.00 per month to (the debt consolidation program) DMCC and they both agreed that Dina would send the $57.00 to Circuit City.
Sincerely,

Don and Dina
