Took 10 Thousand dollars of my money and did not deliver support and products ripoff

This is a Medical Billing business opportunity company that supposedly offers software that is in a secure data center. They also promise to offer marketing help.

What they actually do is get your money $10,000 and you never hear from them again. I joined with the company in March and I never received the software. I also tried to market the business based on their methods and this was a failure since they lied about the response rate of the "survey" method. They never answer the phones and they ignore e-mails.

They have changed their corporate name several times. From IAMS (Island Automated Medical Services) to Empire Solutions which is related to Dr. Rupesh Patel (Visionary Office) John Travlos used to be the President of the Company with Garrett Van Setters as GM. I am not sure if he is still involved. The irony of the matter is that John Travlos was supposedly ripped off himself by a medical billing scam so he started IAMS in the early 90's.

My suggestion would be to stay away from any medical billing opportunity especially Empire Solutions since they do not support their customers. You are truly in business by yourself and for yourself and alone with no support and software if you buy their service.
