Short Sale incompetency

I've noticed the Feds do take a look at panels such as this to look at for developments in grievances from the banks. I am hoping that is accurate.

We've a complete-cost present on the short-sale home that people posted to Lender of America around Feb 2. The Vendor named and informed Lender of America this was a low-HAFA short-sale. Somehow they dropped their report of this phone and he'd to contact again. Both occasions he invested numerous hours on-hold and obtaining handed from individual to individual.

It's currently May 3. We were educated again a week ago that Lender of America required the Vendor to contact and tell them this can be a low-HAFA short-sale — for that third-time — because they again had no report of his prior calls. He named as directed.

Recently Bank of America shut out our document simply because they had invested yesteryear a few months running this like a HAFA short-sale - unlike the directions of the Vendor - and W Of The is informing people we have to start once again.

We shall now shed the Customer once we can't meet up with the Closing Day.

Someone must examine these banks due to their scam and incompetency.
