I've a problem using the short-sale...

I set an offer to some home, in Illinois, Short-Sale, I love to understand WHY it requires four to six month, I believe is a lot of, for Lender of America to offered us a solution, I've an excellent credit, and that I possess the mortgage authorized from Chase Bank, the wait may harm everyone, the vendor and me, the customer. Why so sluggish?

I really do possess a negotiator, consultant in the Lender of America, but does nothing...

Please, evaluate the process of the short-sale in your side, and I would like to understand what may I do on my side, to facilitate the procedure.
