Processing of short-sale

I've had similar scenario with BofA in running the short sale. The short sale was authorized in September, the customer backed from the offer in August. I posted fresh present on Sept. 15. The document was closed-in Oct. 20, because, allegedly, " customer backed out". I kept trying to explain to the consultant the customer backed out in July, present customer continues to be awaiting authorization. However they can do nothing to fix the remarks within their program or cure the problem. Presently, the document hasbeen directed at a brand new negotiator and also the procedure will start once again. It's therefore annoying!
