BOA making it impossible to short sale when I have a buyer! - Bank of America

I been trying to short sale my home and jumping through all the hoops needed. I have a buyer with loan docs at Escrow and can't get anyone at Bank of America to approve the short sale or even get a call back from the Short Sale specialist, or get anyone that can actually do anything buy give me another number to call. It's like they do everything they can so I will go into foreclosure. Who protects us against Bank of America???
