Harpole Realtors and Bank of America
My Realtor did not upload documents require by HAFA in a shortsale of my home. Because they did not up load them during the correct time line the short sale lost its HAFA status and ended in a standard short sale. Bank of American told me if I sent the requested doc's they would go with the HAFA program. They lied and now I lost the $3000.00 and nobody will talk to me. The Realto admitted not uploading the documents during the required time line
