Short Sale/Unprofessional business practices

I've been attempting to finish a brief purchase with Lender of America to get a year 5 very unsuccessfully. Bank of America has repetedly dropped communication and info that my realtor and myself have posted. Neither their short-sale division, forclosure department or their selections department have been in conversation with eachother and also have needed to cope with all three divisions. At virtually no time was info in selections maintained for further calls and that I receive normally 5 calls daily starting at 7:00 A.M. And closing around 9:00 P.M. I talked having a membe3r of the change division earlier today which guy was extremely rude and condescending and declined to provide me his title on many demands. The only real moment we were near to final, Lender of America set the incorrect titles about the paperwork and 3 1/2 months later have nevertheless not fixed the problem. During this period, they insisted I resend the initial notice of difficulty and desired to totally restart the procedure simply because they had handed over some time interval discipline. This case hasn't yet been solved.
