Payment Marked Late After Rep Promised Weekend Processing

I called their customer service (a man who spoke very poor English) to confirm that my credit card payment would be cleared on time, because it was just before the weekend. He assured me it would, and that e-payments get processed over the weekend.

Lo and behold, the payment was late. My credit card company charged me all sorts of fees that added up to about $100, and Citibank does not give a darn.

This is just one example of how awful this bank is.
