I have had a citi card for a number of years and never been late. I opted out of the card last year when they wanted to raise my rate to 29.9%. I have been paying on time ever simce. This month my daughter died and I got behing in 1 payment. I have been harassed on the phone every day at least 5 or 6 times a day, even though I told them I was sendind my payment in the first of the month. Not only are they harrassing me but are also very rude. I am contemplating getting a lawyer to handle this problem.
