Harassed Daily After One Late Payment Following Daughter's Death

I have had a Citi card for a number of years and have never been late. I opted out of the card last year when they wanted to raise my rate to 29.9%. I have been paying on time ever since.

This month my daughter died, and I got behind on one payment. I have been harassed on the phone every day, at least 5 or 6 times a day, even though I told them I was sending my payment in on the first of the month. Not only are they harassing me, but they are also very rude. I am contemplating getting a lawyer to handle this problem.
