Citi Bank changes the cycle of their payment each month same thing with Bank of America. Even though I paid my payment every month. If it went in one day late they raised the interest as much as 10 % for one month the payment did not get there. They charge $39 if it is one day late then raise the interest until it is impossible for the normal working person to ever pay it off with regular payments. They raised it from 18.99% to 28.99% because it was late one month. Never missed a payment just did not get it there one month on time. Stay away from Citi Bank and Bank of America. This bank has the same bad business practice.
