My wife lost her job in Feb.in May, we called chase to ask for help as we didn't want to fall behind on our mortgage. They suggested we do a loan modification. After months and months of paper work, they still won't help us. We are also working with NACA. My wife started a family daycare in September. We are back on our feet and yet we still can't get Chase to work with us. We have expressed to Chase over and over that we do not want to lose our home, we have even begged them for help. We have called them a lot with no return call from them. Please help us KEEP OUR HOME.
