Slow shipping of in-stock gun took 20 days

It took 20 days to ship an in-stock gun a distance of 100 miles. They claim to keep their guns in a factory warehouse, yet it took 14 days just to pull it off the shelf, and then it sat in their shipping department for another 5 days.

I never received any shipping notice or tracking number - I only found out it had arrived 5 days later, when my FFL called to tell me it was there waiting. My FFL only knew it was mine because they're a small shop and I had called them five times.

Saving $25 on a $600 gun wasn't worth the hassle. They also seem to have some questionable practices around editing customer feedback - I've never seen any other online shop do that.
