I recently ordered an XDM from Buds. Their "3–7 day" shipping estimate is long gone — it's been 3 months and I still don't have it. Buds says they shipped it, but UPS has no record of it. I'm genuinely frustrated. They won't respond when I email, and when I do reach them they just give me the runaround. They closed my account, so I couldn't even cancel the order.

Really unprofessional company. I've already steered all my friends and family away from them. Don't trust the reviews on their site the way I did — they're fake. I will never do business with them again, and I'll be posting this elsewhere and contacting some of my favorite gun magazines with letters about it.

3-9: Very disappointed with you guys at Buds — or should I say "Duds" — customer service.
