Fairbanks Mortage
No answers to why I am behind on payments. Forclosing on home

Fairbanks is again forclosing on my home. They tried this in the past and i borrowed enough to get them off my back now they are forcloing again stating that i am further behind than i was 6 months ago and demanding more money which i can not afford. When you call and ask for an explainiation you do not get the same person, which in turn gives you a different answer. Not sure what I did. Have requested a pay off and records numerous times, have yet to receive. Any body have any suggestions I need help.
