Foreclosure Again With No Explanation of Arrears Amount

Fairbanks is again foreclosing on my home. They tried this in the past and I borrowed enough to get them off my back now they are foreclosing again stating that I am further behind than I was 6 months ago and demanding more money which I can not afford. When you call and ask for an explanation you do not get the same person, which in turn gives you a different answer. Not sure what I did. Have requested a pay off and records numerous times, have yet to receive. Any body have any suggestions I need help.
