Payments posted late, rotating payment offices and credit damage after mortgage sale

I am writing from Tampa, Florida I was ripped off from Fairbanks Capital mortgage company. I always wanted a house some place to call my own, but if I would have known the financing was like this I would have stayed in my apartment. Cimmaron Mortgage sold my mortgage to this dum, irresponsible, company four years ago nothing has been the same since. Every month the payments go to a different payment office it takes them two months to post payments and one company don't know what the other is doing. Someone is pocketing money and putting payments behind.

I wish Charlie Chris put this company under the dog house and shut them down. Fairbanks makes it very hard for someone else to mick up your mortgage the interest rate is 11.00% my prayer is for Charlie Chris is to make it better for us. All of my payments was on time never late I don't deserve this and no one else.

I thought I was alone until I saw channel 13 consumer lawyer put this out front for everyone to see on channel 13 in Tampa Bay.

I will fight to the end to get my credit back to where it suppose to be this is the only problem on my credit report its hard to find someone to pick this mortgage up.
