Ripoff taking me years to pay off debt

I ordered presents for my grandchildren about 4 or 5 years ago and I'm still paying for them.
I started ouy with around $400 owed to them and I still owe over $300. They keep claiming that my payments are late and add outrageous interest.
At this rate, I'll never get the debt paid off.
