Fairbanks Capitol Mortage
Charged late fees when payments time-charging unknown fees for payments "they say" were not made - stating i owe lawyer fees

I bought my first home in 1998. My mortage was sold on the secondary market to Fairbanks Capitol Mortage. My life has been nothing less than a nightmare since.

They have harrassed me by stating i have not made 8 of my payments and was last 60 payments (which is not true). They send these forms to me called forberance agreements twice a year wanting $3000.00 to $3200.00, and if i do not pay this they will start forclosure proceedings. I am at my witts end of what to do. I am currently trying to get a loan to get away from them, but they have ruined my credit. I give them every exta dime i make and my 4 children have gone hungry at times because of their threats.

I can't understand how they can get away with this. I would get a lawyer, but as i have stated i have to feed my children and cloth them. Please tell me who i can contact or what i can do to get away from them. Please help me!!!
