Terrible customer service

We've had a GM card for more than 17 years, spending our consideration in advance and usually spending our consideration entirely. We were out focusing on the street and didn't consider our charge card around, we understood we'd a $17. Cost but our laptop failed so when we got to some pc we couldn't access our consideration so when we named we were aimed to customer support in Phillapeans. We were handled like thieves, today we are not referring to a sizable statement, when we did get house we could not think that this $17. Cost has become $48.00 so when we spoke for them again we could not get everywhere. We did submit cost for quantity of cost just, submitted problem with Better Business Institution before we're able to get one to pay attention to us. Then we were informed that people would need to give them copies of our people permit, passport to show that people were who we stated we were to reopen our consideration. Pardon me, we've completed company together for this lengthy plus they need to know who we're? We-don't require them... They require clients in which to stay company and we're no further a person.
