Trying to elp them recover a lost check

Cfo mr. Nick Tanglis and The Gas Depot Oil Company, engaged in business with my company Global One Asset Recovery on October 2.

I first contacted Mr. Tanglis around April and informed him he had an outstanding, unclaimed/un-cashed check held by the government as unclaimed property. The amount of that check is $4,903.73. For Gas A Roo. I sent him information and he and I spoke numerous occasions but he never returned the agreement.

Finally I said; can we establish a verbal agreement? Mr. Tanglis agreed and he was supplied a disclosure and claim form as discussed. We scheduled a conference call with the state of Indiana and proceeded to move forward.

Nick Tanglis and I spoke with the supervisor of the state of Indianans Auditor’s office, Ms. Linda Evans back in late October/November. I provided all the information and Mr. Tanglis confirmed the money does in fact belong to Gas Depot.

After the call Mr. Tanglis thanked me, told me I had earned my money, and said he would file the claim next week.

The State of Indiana has never received any paperwork.

Mr. Tanglis has told me for months the paperwork was filed. I call the state and they say no.

Mr. Tanglis has never returned any of my e-mails or phone calls. He has never called Linda Evans as he said he would do.

Since the beginning of this process I have been professional, courteous, and very patient. Normally these recoveries, at most take three weeks.

According to our agreement and what has not been done, Gas Depot is in violation.

Because Nick Tanglis was not cooperating, I alerted the Owner George Nediyakalayil, here is his response; Hello Todd, I will work with nick to get the paperwork to Linda ASAP. Once we received the check we will pay you.
Thanks George! Here is his next statement; Hello Mr. Todd We have a company policy. This matter (form with filled) is our legal department. As soon as they give green light to Nick, he will mail to. Thanks for your help.

I called their company the next day and asked for their Legal Department, they don’t have one and George is the owner of the corporation. These men have been dishonest and deceiving from the very beginning and continue to be. The bottom line is, Nick Tanglis and I verified the correct information with the State of Indiana and Mr. Tanglis agreed.

The amount owed is $980.74.
