Misrepresentation and deceit

Was ou of the nation for 6 months and was not able to create a cost about the BOA credit signature card for $30. After I delivered named them-and unearthed that there is a stability of $240 about the consideration many of them being overdue along with other costs. Required the removal of the costs and permit to create cost of the amout of $30. Was recommended to obtain the consideration to be able to permit this to occur. This may be completed just by producing complete cost. Next the consideration might become functional/regular after which it additional costs coukld be waived. Did as recommended and waited. Named after 30 days and was on telephone for over 1 time ans was moved to different divisions. Lastly was recommended the consideration couldn't be reopened with no additional motion might be obtained. After I advised concerning the claims produced by prior broker, was informed this wasn't appropriate.
