Erroneous collection report!

I recently opened a merchant account with ZALES in May07. The consideration is just a 3 months no-interest/no funds. No cost was due until 11AUG07.in Jun07, ZALES documented to Citi-Bank my consideration was overdue and delivered it to selections. I've claims from ZALES which says no payments due and provides the consideration as 3 months no-interest/no funds. I had been approached by Citi-Bank selections and that I named ZALES customer support centre. ZALES accepted towards the consideration being submitted mistake and guaranteed me the notice delivered to Citi-Bank had been looked after. I acquired another phone from Citi-Bank selections informing me to get hold of Citi-Bank challenge division since ZALES no further has control of the consideration. Obviously available not speaking with another below. Citi-Bank states there's been no cost created that will be wrong. I've been spending the consideration on ZALES.com. I work difficult to maintain my credit record clear but this obviously bad administration of records/credit.

I'm shutting the consideration compensated entirely and not likely to obtain a ZALES consideration again.

Actually the Citibank Selections division accepted that they're confused at how my consideration was delivered to selections. Today I've to correct this case due to ZALES bad support.
