I attempted to pay for my statement on line prior to the due day, also it explained I'd a $0 stability with no cost was due. I had been particular I'd on paper the best cost day in my own diary, and so I named the client support quantity about the back on my card, and again, I had been informed that I'd a $0 stability with no cost was due. 1 week later, I obtain a phone athome informing me that my cost is overdue!!! Really! I created a great faith attempt to create a cost and also the online program would not take a cost when there is a $0 stability. I named customer support and was aimed on two events, to somebody who couldn't speak Language and obviously didn't realize my problem. I had been mad! I attempted to create an internet cost once more, also it nevertheless did not work! And so I named them back, settled a $15 lender charge to create a cost within the telephone, and quickly shut this consideration!!! Horrible online bill pay and terrible customer support! Consider my guidance,, nor obtain a Macy's charge card! You'll regret it! The 15PERCENT that I "saved" for starting the consideration did not protect the costs I'd to pay for to have gone it! Terrible! Do yourself a benefit, and STORE AT KOHL'S INSTEAD!!
