Fraudulent charge

I received a cost on my charge card for $19.01 in May, saying I'd registered for that online-service and you will be charged every month for this amount until they choose to alter the total amount. It's at their decreation to create modifications if ever you would like. I approached my charge card organization to express I'd not registered for this account and please credit my bill. I had been later delivered paperwork displaying, Leslie (Our title isn't Leslie) had requested the consideration using my charge card, her title and handle. I will infact stop this consideration anytime, but I actually do require a merchant account number and code. Since I have didn't subscribe to this consideration I've neither. They've answered using the proven fact that they CAn't stop this consideration since I don't have any athority to stop because it isn't in my own name. Nonetheless they appear to believe they've athority to cost my cost consideration each month for $19.01. The statement also confirmed there had never been any exercise with this accound. How this occurred I don't understand but I actually do plan to correct it.
