Forced Escrow for Insurance Led to Foreclosure Notice

Citimortgage put a forced escrow on our home loan for homeowners insurance that we always paid for out of pocket. We had our agent fax Citi our coverage. They finally sent a letter stating that they were canceling the coverage they had put in place. Then it started all over again. We have talked to 20 people plus, and we tell them the same thing over and over. We have done everything they have asked to show proof, and then a different person comes on and the cycle starts again. No one seems to know anything. We are so weary.

Then, of all things, we were served a foreclosure notice. Citimorgue should be their new name. They have literally tried to worry the life out of us. They call three times a day, even on Sundays, and we explain again.

My husband was told to call back around April first and that everything should be cleared up. He did, reached a different person, and on the following day our foreclosure notice came, which is scheduled for the 16th of April. It looks like their purpose in the delays and in telling us to call back is to their advantage, to steal and destroy.
