Forced escrow put on our account and now we have been served with a foreclosure notice

Citimortgage put a forced escrow on our home loan for homeowners insurance that we always paid for out of pocket. We had our agent fax citi our coverage. THEY finally sent a letter stating that they were flat cancelling the coverage they had put in place. Then it started all over again 20 people plus we have talked to we tell the. Same thing over and over. We have done everthing they have asked to show proof and then a different person again the cycle starts. Noone seems to know anything. We are so weary... Then of all things we have been served forclosure notice. Citimorgue should be their name change they have literally tried to worry the life out of us. Phone calls three times a day and even on sundays... And we explain again... MY HUSBAND WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK AROUND APRIL FIRST AND EVERYTHING SHOULD BE CLEARED UP he did and a different person and on the following day our foreclosure notice came which is scheduled for the 16th of april. It looks like their purpose in the delays to call back is to their advantage to steal and destroy.
