CitiMortgage never gave us our escrow refund

We refinanced our home mortgage with Citimortgage. We used Goldstar Financial in Ann Arbor, MI to obtain a low interest rate for our refinance. We closed on the new mortgage the first week of November. The new mortgage is also with Citimortgage. The problem is that we paid the escrow twice. On our copy of the closing papers it shows that $2,375.23 was deposited into our new escrow account. This amount was rolled into our refinance. There was already a similar amount in our old escrow account. Citi owes us an escrow refund. I spoke on a 3-way call between Citi, our representative at Goldstar Financial and myself in which the supervisor from Citi admitted to owing us this money.
