Failure to close accounts, horrible service!

They offered me money after I shut my account and there's no report of the money withdrawal or of me shutting my bill. I obtained a notice stating that my checking account is overdrawn which notified me towards the proven fact that they screwed-up.

After I called, I had been informed that I required "evidence" that my bill was shut. Todd may be the fool I talked with in the protection division. He declined to draw the safety camera video from that day-to observe that I had been actually there and created the deal. He'dnot I'd like to talk to a boss and that I got nowhere with him.
