Anchor Bank Sent me a cashiers check for the amount of $2,000, 0000.00 dollars paid directly to me., M3J 3K3

I received a letter and a cashiers check stating that I had won in a random computer drawing out of thousands in North America with six winning contestants. I was informed to call the attorney listed as Robert Norman to confirm my winning numbers. When doing so, he the suppose to be attorney informed me that I had to get in touch with the Canadian Revenue and ask for a cost to claim bill before I could receive the prize money. I was told by a lady name Victoria Peters (from the Canada Revenue) to send around $3200.00 to the attorney first before they could release the check to the bank for the funds to clear. When asking futher questions, she hung up the phone on me. Leaving me to believe that this was a scam. When returning the phone call to the attorney listed, he stated that If i didnt believe it then I could just come to Canada and pay him face to face. Then he the suppose to be attorney hung the phone up.
